Subject: Good show, good times
I was at this show with my girlfriend, as well as the previous night. Missed the first set of the first night, so its nice that both shows have been uploaded. I only saw two mics and it looked like they were the band's, so I wasn't sure if I would be able to get my hands on this show. Thank you to the taper!

We went to dinner in Newburyport a few miles away and made it right on time for the show. Thanks to the band for the free shirt and CD!

I think this show speaks for itself, so I will share an interesting little side story. The band sent out an email mentioning a good hotel rate if you stayed at the Fairfield Inn, so we took advantage of the rate and decided to stay, figuring there would be some cool after hours parties happening. We were right. A few groups were partying after midnight in the halls, smoking weed openly. It was some people from the Dust show, and another group of interesting people. It turns out there was a massive swingers party a couple of miles away, and they all stayed at the Fairfield Inn as well. There were couples everywhere, and I heard from one group of guys that they had just seen two chicks hooking up as they passed an open door the floor below us. Couples were wandering between rooms. In the room next to us, you could hear them until dawn. I thought it was a funny mixing of groups.

Happy New Year everyone!

Notes

Thanks to Justin & Heather for the setlist.

The acoustic set has some background chatter, but if you take the time to listen to it, the sweetness comes through.
